      Seller Representation When we represent a seller our top priority is to obtain the most favorable price and terms that fit the seller's objectives. In the preparation stage, we learn the seller's objectives and becomes familiar with the business and its market potential. We then evaluate the business and work with the seller to set a marketable price range. If warranted, we may also assist a company in restructuring its balance sheet to increase its value and market appeal.
