William Woodrow Clark, Investor Relations Director

Mr. Clark graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Physics/Oceanography and a minor in Economics.  After serving eight years active duty in the United States Navy as a Naval Aviator, Woodrow continued his education with a Masters of Aeronautical Science with an Aviation/Aerospace Management Specialty.  He was commissioned in the Naval Reserve where he presently serves as a Commander O-5 and Executive Assistant to Commanding and Executive Officers of Patrol Squadron Six-Five at Point Mugu, California.  In addition, he presently provides the “World On Time” with FedEx as a flight crew-member.

Mr. Clark is uniquely suited to serve Strategic-Partners-Inc. as Investor Relations Director.  His razor sharp acumen and disciplined attention to detail are tremendous assets to this organization.  Mr. Clark will be the point man for our shareholders, which will free up the officers of the company to focus on our core business of bringing private companies into the public marketplace.  His understanding of Strategic Partners Inc. operations is commensurate with the founder and his “outside looking in” perspective provides exceptional vision and wisdom.  As a leader in the Navy he excels at team building and problem solving.  Woodrow as a quick study will provide invaluable services to our shareholders.
